Advice re complaint sorting please

Thanks imjolly..... I did find the message envelope and read it, but can't find where to reply to it?

Edit:

I think I've sussed there isn't a 'Reply' to a message button, but rather use the blue 'Message' button to create a message to Linzi to reply to hers?

Is that the way to go?

If you have managed to open the full message, there will be a "reply" button just underneath and this will come back to me directly @Doglover1 
It should show like this:

Hi Linzi.... no it doesn't look like that and I only had half of the message showing with no buttons.

Just PMd you  mentioning about not seeing the full message.

I wondered if it was because I was a new poster not being allowed to reply or something, like some forums do.

That's perfect @Doglover1 as I have your response.

If you hover over the title of the Private Message it will underline, from there you should be able to click this and it will open with the full message. You should then be able to see the reply option.
