BT Cable Damaged my building

Hi

bit of an odd one, i have a BT cable fixed to my building with a metal plate and screws.

During the last storm the pressure on the cable has started to pull the lintel out from the window of the building.

I have tried to contact BT but no one can help or has any suggestions on who to speak to, can anyone help?

Re: BT Cable Damaged my building

Does the cable supply you with phone and or broadband?

The cable is not the property of BT RETAIL. It may be the property of openreach

You can report it here https://www.openreach.com/help-and-support/damage-health-and-safety.

Scroll down the page to the section

For any damage to your property caused by Openreach

Hope this helps.
