Hi @jgb4 ,
I'm pretty sure this is down to the classification of "Phishing/Fraud" from one of our top partners.
I've raised a case to them on your behalf for it to be looked at.
Out of interest, you say "No redirects present" however on a non-BT line I get redirected to www.scillycharters.com via an HTTP 301 - is that the intended behaviour?
Steve
It's all sorted now @jgb4
Steve
amazing! thanks very much for your help @Steve_M
Hi, BT is also blocking my 2 month website ( websafe list?)
My website, https://octopusheatpump.co.uk was blocked by Norton as unsafe and corrected on appeal.
https://safeweb.norton.com/report?url=octopusheatpump.co.uk
BT is still blocking it days later. The block is BT network-wide so that includes all Wi-Fi access attempts and also gets blocked by the BT supplied Norton desktop app. Double whammy.
Visiting my site from a non-BT DNS eg mobile data works fine.
I have had a certified security expert check the website and there is no threat.
Anyone able to help?
Thx
Scouser
I’m not working today but checking a few online tools you are still classed as phishing. Such as with Zvelo
Steve
Thanks Steve, I have contacted Zvelo for a re-check. I would have thought the new Norton SAFE status would have been accurate though, but you never know.

Hi Steve, I resubmitted to Zvelo with a suggested business type and a retest and it has now come back clean, this is exactly what happened with Norton, but unfortunately they have not updated my site on their ( and BT's) Norton database of safe sites. And again, unfortunately the BT network is huge so it taking a big impact on my business. 😞
Thanks for you help, I really appreciate it.
John
I'll take a look tomorrow 🙂
Thanks Steve_M
One change just happened , when I go to the website on a phone, using any browser, with BT web protect on, no 3rd party AV, using BT wifi , I don't get blocked anymore.
I still get blocked on a desktop though.
