Thank you - I'm still unable to use the app messaging and I have the same problem this morning.
I was assured by Leia, one of your reps, last week that I would receive a call this morning first thing from her colleague.
I have been waiting since 8am and am unable to do anything today until BT gets in touch. Could you possibly get someone to give me a ring about getting my installation carried out?
