Great customer service!
Hi,
I would like to inform BT of the fantastic customer service I had today from a guy named Dan. He was so helpful and understanding. I would really like his line manager to know how fab he is!
How do I go about it?

Oh, how I would like to speak to a Dan. Since I cancelled (hopefully) my DV/Full Fibre upgrade I did not ask for, no one has managed to sort out my 'Open Orders' showing Open Cancellation entry and Auto Cease Order entries. I have spoken to about five different agents/advisers and the last one said she'd phone back or text/email me once my questions had been answered . Of course I have heard nothing and my 'Track Orders has not altered one iota. Total shambles. NB, I have not had the courage to check today whether anything has changed - I suspect not.
Anyway, lucky you for getting a Dan to deal with your problems.

I had to read this thread as it's so unusual these days for anyone to get great customer service from either BT or EE "guides".

I had a similar experience today. It is infuriating how long it takes you to finally speak to a human being but once I did I was helped brilliantly. Couldn't do enough for me.
