Does anyone know if the "troubleshooter" works or has ever worked?

The subject is the message!

The customer service drawbridge is up and the gate locked.   Every effort to make contact and raise a complaint/get tech help/fix a situation (very erratic broadband and dropping uploads) is rebuffed by circular links which go nowhere.

What is wrong with either the Help and Support or the Complaints pages?

If you need to call then just use 0330 123 4150.

I do not subscribe, so please do not always expect a reply.

Under "help and support/fix a problem I get "BT logo

Under "Help and support" I get:

"Sorry, we couldn't find your account "

I have finally managed to raise a complaint, thanks to an answer to my question. We will see what happens.

Perhaps if you start a post stating what your problem is, forum users may be able to assist you in resolving the problem.

I am logged in through a BT Hub and following your link leads to the same "Sorry, we couldn't find your account"
