I wanted to pass on some feedback to the manager of the Openreach engineer who attended this morning. He was absolutely fantastic. It was a tricky issue to resolve but he was so positive and went above and beyond to find a solution to resolve our broadband issue even though it was time consuming for him. Was so grateful and so impressed. Thank you Duncan. You are an absolute credit to Openreach.
