Have the following issues with BT community

Hello,

Have the following issues with my account find that I can not sign in when reset password the user name does not appear in the email.

 

any help to fix this issue would be appreciated

Hi @Apache060,

Thank you for posting, if you reset your password using the link - Password Reset you'll need to enter the email address linked to your profile.

You'll then receive an email to that address and the first line of the email should say "Hello Apache060".

If you've tried that and you've received an email what does the first line of the email say?
