How to delete my account

Sorry if this is the wrong board  I want to delete an old account  I don't use any products from BT and am with other providers. I can't seem to find a way to close my account and delete my details

this is a customer help customer forum and post does not go to BT.  you can phone CS 03301234150 and they should be able to help

Thanks  you don't know an online way to contact them do you? And i would like to dm an admin to delete my community account after I've resolved this and can't see an option to do that either

Yes thank you I did read that but I'm given no option to message anyone when I click on their profile which is why I asked

If you have just signed up to the forum there may be a delay before you can message anybody.

When you do get the option you just need to click on their user name and that should open the profile page of the person and the option to message them is on the right and side.
