I've seen other people ask, but there seems to be no obvious place to leave positive feedback for call centre employees. Is anybody able to take my details for the brilliant call I just had?
I too had fantastic service yesterday from @StuartH and think it's only right to make it known. We're all quick to comment when the service is bad, however it is more important to highlight when the service is great, and Stuart went above and beyond in the assistance he gave me. If you could pass this on to management etc it would be much appreciated.
