I'm a new BT client awaiting service to be installed. A BT Customer Service Employee has been extremely helpful, clear and has done what he has promised to do and when... which is a breathe of fresh air in comparison to Customer Services experience with my previous ISP. I would like to pass on my feedback to his manager.
