I’m getting blocked from a site I have used for several months saying my IP address is flagged

I’m getting blocked from a site I have regularly used for several months saying my IP address is flagged and I can no longer access their service unless I get a new IP address how do I do this please? I’ve tried contacting BT on there help but just seem to go round in circles.

Just switch of your router and wait 20/30min and the switch back on and you should have a new IP address

Thank you I’ll try that, might have to wait till the lads are in bed though or there will be hell on 😂
