Lost password

Used the lost user name and password retrieval system earlier today, still nothing in my inbox.

As I have not been on here for a few years is there anything I need to do should I need help in the future.

Also I am not being told when someone relies.

Fortunately I managed to find sign in details from old pc.

Yes checked junk box nothing there.

Have clicked the box email me when someone replies 

There is hello@mesage.bt.com in my email subscribers is there is that the one you are referring to?
