I no longer have access to the primary email address I used when setting up MyBT (work email that I no longer have access to now that I've left - silly maybe but it made sense at the time).
I have my account number obviously but I can't get past the hurdle of no longer having my original email address, since any authentication code needed to login is routed via this original email address.
Any solution anyone please?

You will need to contact BT Billing and explain the issue to them and they should be able to change the email address of phone number that you have previously given to BT.
You will need to answer some security questions to ensure that you are the account holder.
