After our engineer never showed today I contacted BT on line chat help, after spending an hour not getting a straight answer I asked for a transcript of the conversation and was told "sure it will be emailed as soon as we finish the conversation " that was now 5 hours ago and nothing, how do I get the transcript without having to be given the run around on the online chat again?
