Positive feedback

I wanted to provide some very positive feedback for a lady called Diane in Newcastle who was absolutely superb. Unlike the very grumpy individual who dealt with the original problem - BT switching off the sports service via Sky before their own set top box had arrived - this lady was excellent and dealt with the latest issue; BT switching off the ability to view online even though I'm paying for the service.

May I suggest she trains people like the grumpy individual.
