Can someone help me please. I have literally just set up this account to ask this question. I never had a BT account before, but I have just received 2 texts from “BT” no number just says ‘BT’ and it says
“Hello, BT here. Thanks for passing security to access your account.
If this wasn't you, please give us a call on 0800 800 150. You may wish to check with family members who have permission to access your account before getting in touch”
is this a scam? Because that is actually the number for BT right? But I never had an account?
If you are not a BT customer, then just delete them.
