Special Thanks to the Moderation Team

Just to say  a big thanks to the moderation team, namely Neil O and Robbie Mac who assisted me recently regarding a Refer a friend issue.

Suzanne from the Rewards team has now been in touch and has sent myself and my daughter the voucher and I am truly grateful to everyone who helped resolve matters.

Great Teamwork !!

I'm in a few of the tv service techinical forums and have required help at some time in all.

I must say that the BT staff here are not only the most helpful of all and seem to get things done - but their support is even better than the main CS/TS telephone support.

Agreed

 

Both myself and my daughter recently spent a fair few hours in discussions with the live chat not BT community and after being advised to wait for our particular voucher offer, we were then told the offer was not valid.

When in Live chat, you get passed around the depts as they dont seem to understand your query so if I need advice or have any concerns again in the future, the BT community will be the first port of call.

You are quite right that things get done quickly from the community site and now Im happy matters are resolved.

 

Hear hear  Ozsat,  I couldnt agree more with everything you say too !

Thank you for your message and to relay the my gratitude to the team.

 

I have to 100% agree with Ozsat about the chat teams,  (Not the BT community), that they do seem to be a waste of time.

Many hours have been spent by myself and my daughter with our particular issue which has now been resolved in a few emails to the BT Community and to Suzanne at Head Office.

We are very pleased with the outcome after coming to the community to voice our concerns.
