I just wanted to thank BT for the customer service I have received, I had a problem with my account. My account number under the MyBT website was showing as inactive, and the products page which usually highlights the active products in purple was greyed out. The two customer support agents, who I did not get the names of, where very helpful, and went through different steps to try and restore the account. The account is now active again in less than than 30 minutes and products are showing. could thanks be passed on?
