Unblock email senders

How to I unblock an email address that I have previously blocked? Thank you

Thanks for coming to the community.

To unblock an email address, log in to your BTMail account using a web browser. Click on your username, select Settings, and then choose Mail from the left-hand menu. Scroll down to Blocked senders to view your blocked email addresses. Select the address you’d like to unblock and remove it from the list.

Have gone to settings but cannot see ‘mail ‘

Have tried your advise. Can get settings by can’t see mail

Click on the "settings" and it will open a new screen as shown above.

Are you using the email app or a web browser. If it is the app, use a web browser.

As regards your screen shot, click on the camera icon at the top of the message box when you are writing a post on the forum and follow the prompts.
