I’ve been charged 11.99 for changing from Movies to Sport even though this is advertised as a flexible package. It does seem to me like bt/ee are out of control. I’ll clearly be contesting this charge. Last week I was without any TV at all because my box broke and BT could not supply a new one. They closed the case, I’ve been expecting a refund and now I have to chase that too…….its simply pathetic

Thank you for posting. The £11.99 charge is normally related to new equipment. This wouldn't have been charged for changing your TV package. If you send me your details, I'll be able to take a look at your account to see why that charge has been applied.
