2 Accounts but My BT defaults to the inactive one

Hi,
 
I've recently re-signed up to BT for full fibre which has now been activated.
 
I'm trying to view my products as I may want to add something, but I'm unable to see the products from my new account. I can see the bill for my new account as there is an account dropdown to switch, but this isn't there when looking at products.
 
Is it possible to either change the default account or delete the old one?

Hi @Jobbo83

Thank you for taking the time to chat with me again this morning.

I'm sorry for the problems you had viewing and making changes on your BT ID.  Everything we talked about has been sorted now.  I am really pleased that I was able to get this updated with the correct info.  As this is resolved I will go ahead and close things down from here - as agreed.
