2 Accounts

For some reason I have 2 BT accounts, although only 1 is visible  on my account page.
As I can pay my bill on this account I assume its an active account, but when I tried to test my broadband speed because it seems slow I get a different message.

When trying the test I get told you can't find my account, so can you delete one?

If you can't find this account to fix faults why can you find it to take money?

Can you delete one so that I just have the one working account that I can use to pay the bill and test/report any faults please.

try billing team and they should be able to sort out your accounts
