Each month I simultaneously receive 2 emails for the same bill but with different user ID's. One ID is an email address, the other is an 8 digit ID. Why is this happening and can it be rectified.
Secondly, seperate from above, I was the account holder of 2 different accounts, one of which was closed some months ago but still appears in my list of open accounts. Can this be deleted as it no longer exists.
