£5 Discount for BT Broadband/Mobile Removed Off Account - Check Your Bill!

Might be worth checking your April bill as the £5 BT Mobile discount has fallen off my account. 

It’s possible it might have happened to others after the price rise.

Thanks for coming to the community.

Unless it was a time limited discount offer, the discount would usually stay on until at least the end of the contract.

If you are still in your contract term, I'd recommend speaking to our Account and Billing guides. They can bring up your account and have a look at the discount that has been in place.

This is the £5 discount you get on BT Mobile for having BT Broadband in the same household.
It doesn’t expire and the BT Broadband has 14 months left in contract  

 The guides have reduced my bill by £5 but the estimated charges for the next billing cycle is still £5 more than it should be.
