You can not claim any rewards until you are out of your 14 day cooling off period.

If you are beyond the 14 day cooling off period as @gg30340 mentioned, you would be able to make the claim.
If you aren't able to do this online, please get in touch with our Account and Billing guides who can chase this for you.
