I get an e-mail and text message about £50 BT digital reward card but I cannot claim it.
When I try to do so it sends me to the BT log-in page, and I can log in but then it takes me straight to my BT account and there is no option, any link to claim my BT reward card.
I've sent a message to their customer support team, but with no aswer.
I'm new with BT after 14 years with Sky. Been sure that BT could treat me better than Sky team, but I see that here is the same problem with communication like there. I consider to leave if BT gonna ignore me same way like Sky. Anyone knowwhat the cancel my new contract period?
Can anyone help please?
Thanks,
Solved! Go to Solution.
You can not claim any reward until your 14 day cooling off period has passed.
OK. But I wonder why BT sends me text messages 3am on Sunday with information that my 50 quid reward BT card is ready to collect? Text me and sent an e-mail middle of the night.
It's happend two times in last few days.
It is an automated badly worded text and email that is sent out by BT.
Just wait for the 14 days to pass and you should be able to claim it.
OK. Thanks
Fingers crossed that I'll get my card after cooling period.
Obviously BT won't pay out until the 14 day period has passed. If they did people could claim it then cancel their package and be £50 better off.
If you have any problems after the 14 days call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 and they should be able to help.
So.
It's over 14 days of my BT new contract cooling period and I still can't get my 50 quid reward.
When clicking button to make a claim Firefox takes me to my BT account website and nothing else happens. There is no option to make a claim at all.
Any suggestions what to do?
try using a different browser - edge or Chrome
Unfortunately using Chrome or Edge doesn't resolve my problem.
The BT get reward button taking me to my BT account and there is no option to get my 50 pound voucher.
then try contacting billing using message now
