Please can someone help me resolve an issue with my TV package. I got a text message to let me know my tv contract was coming to an end. I rang up and ask if I could downgrade to Entertainment with HD add on and Now Boost. The agent advised of course no problem. After 7 cancelled orders later, £95.00 credit on my account for all the issue I’m having(which I haven’t had yet) I have open complaints and debts hours on the phone and getting no where.
I’m at wits end and just wanted the package price I was quoted and the credit that I was promised.
Please can someone help me get this resolved ASAP?
