£75 reward card link never received by email

Hi all

Very happy with new FF500, slight speed hiccup but all sorted.  Engineers great, Hubby dug trench as we wanted it done properley and needed care with our garden,

Now we took the option of £75 reward card to claim for once installed when placing order.  We were asked if we wanted  letters or emails for communication so we chose letters as we got fed up too many unnecessary emails from BT.   First letter came through confirming order mentioning we would get an email with link to claim the £75 card.

Best part is they sent the link to an email address similar to ours so not received it.  The BT call centre said it was sent to wrong email address by them and said whoever got would not be able to activate it.  I asked for him to send it to correct email address, he tested my email by sending a random info whilst on phone.

Here is the annoying part he could not go any further helping me and asked me to  call a 3rd party company called bt.purecard,com and ask them to sort this out as he wasnt able to send the claim link to correct email address.   Anyone else had this issue?

BTW I called 0800800150 and the man did not have a clue on how to navigate the BT website.

Noticing some other points with other issues about this card  they were given the BT helpdesk 03301234150, anyone used this number and was is the correct one?

Looking at purecard site its states once you get the link for the card its possible they may want copy of passport or driving licence to verify identity because of money laundering, really not happy about this all for £75, any dealing with purecard and did they ask for ID?
