When I switched to bt my welcome offer included £80 voucher but I've not received it. I received emails to claim which I done, was sent another email saying congratulations for claiming your voucher will be with u soon will sent to instructions how to activate it. I've not been sent voucher or instructions. My bt app isn't showing my offer. What do I do about this to receive what my package includes plz
