Hi,

Can someone help with claiming my £50 Amazon voucher. I joined via refer a friend scheme we both never received it. I got the email saying it would arrive in 30 days…it never did. I got given a email to message the rewards team and they replied and said it’s not there department.

It’s now been a year and kind of annoying that I joined bt for this small perk and never got it. 

Please can this be sorted by anyone?
