Not received final bill yet

Hi,

 

My services ended on the 15th of February, but I've yet to receive a final bill yet. 

Does anyone know what the usual timeframe is for receiving a final bill? I was told I would have received one by now.

You should receive the final bill around 7 days after the account closes. As you haven't received it I'll be happy to check what's happening for you. Please check your inbox for my message and drop me a reply with the details.
