How useless can bt actually be, been overcharged for the last 2 months & nothing been done, already saying my next direct debit is going to over charging me again.Had 2 online chats going at the same time & being told differant costs for exactly the same package. Tell me my phone is going digital on the 10th October & still not happened , cannot use the new ee tv box as to much interferance, sent equipment back last week, still saying I havnt.Made various complaints but never hear anthing & the complaints are closed.
Now going to send bt a bill fir £300 for all the hours I have spent either on the phone or online chat awaiting a bunch of incompetants to sort it

When you log in to your BT account and view your bills can you see what the additional charges are for?
Did you keep proof of postage when sending back your equipment?
Following your latest call was any information provided about your move to Digital Voice?

Before you start opening your mouth with your wrong facts, I have been over charged for the last 2 months that now has been rectified.
The equipment was sent back in the return bag Friday 18th October, 48 hour delivery means you have it more bt incompetance.
The digital switch over there was supposedly a IT issue that caused my order to freeze, was told today after another wasted hour on the phone to bt it would be sorted, why didnt it surprise me when I got home this evening I still have a landline dial tone & not out of the router
So yes I will be sending BT a bill for all the hours I have wasted trying to sort this & your reply shows your as incompetent as the rest!
