Accessing MyBT

Hi all,

I have been trying unsuccessfully to access MyBT.

Could someone please assist with this issue?

Could you please advise on accessing MyBT and adding the Xbox Ultimate pass ?

Have you tried clearing your browser cookies and made sure your device and browser are fully up to date like @DavidM has recommended above?

Other than telling you to click on the MyBT button there is not much that forum members can do to assist with this.

You should call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 who should be able to help.
