Other than telling you to click on the MyBT button there is not much that forum members can do to assist with this.
You should call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 who should be able to help.
unfortunately, calling that number has not resolved the issue hence my using this forum....
Can you expand on how it did not resolve the issue?
