Hi, We've just moved. We have our old BT broadband talk account from our previous address; when signing into ‘My BT ‘ it automatically logs in to the old account rather than the new one we've just set up. As such we cannot access our new BT package from our laptops or mobile phones (we can on the house main TV set). How do we access the new account online (MyBT)?.
