We’ve just received a renewal letter for our bb. We want to upgrade to full fibre which was installed in our location about 6 months ago. However when we log in, it gives us our offers but when we try to checkout it gives an error message.
Also in “myBT” the account number and details are missing. Can anyone help? It’d be useful if the account number was on the letters BT keep sending, but they only include the BTID (which obviously we know anyway!).
Can anyone help get the account linked properly?

If you pay by direct debit, the account number is normally referred to on your bank account.

Any time we log in it just gives error messages at some point… just trying to avoid hours on hold!🙂
