Account issue

Ok I am new to this forum so apologies if I don’t get it right in where I should post & under what heading. 
I have been a BT customer for decades & upgraded to full fibre & digital voice, my account updated after my new plan started but now when I login be it via the App, mobile website, tablet & computer, it will show my bills & details but keeps saying ‘no broadband or landline to show’. Just noticed this today. Is this a wider issue? The latest app is no good.

Yes this seems like a wider issue. There are some including myself when logging in, there is no access at all the products or billing. It is as if the account does not exist, but can still login.

It appears to be working again for now but the app is still slow to open after I type in my 4 digit passcode. The purple buttons to see my order details never open, I have to go on my laptop for that to work.
