I have invited myself onto my mums account. It asks for a PIN number. I have waited for more than a week and not received PIN in either an email, text, post or on my BT account. Where should the PIN come to?
Hi @CraigC1 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, the pin number is set by the account holder in MyBT when they're inviting you to be an account manager and they need to tell you what it is.
Hi The pin number now showing up. Took a long time (several days) When I enter it I get message from BT " We seem to have a technical issue, please try again in 15 minutes". I have tried it again after 15 minutes and still say same thing.
