Hi
I have recently subscribed to BT Broadband and I am having following issuess:
1. When I log in I see two accounts, one of them is the old one that should be closed some years ago.
2. When I switch to my new account , under Your Products there are no products shown.
I would like to:
1. Remove my old, obsolete account.
2. Have Broadband added to My Products. Not having this set up prevents me from setting up My Extras, such as Parentall Controlls.

this is a customer help customer community forum and you post does not go to BT try phoning CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and they should be able to help you

Thanks for sending over the details. I'm glad I was able to get this sorted. Our BT.Com guys reset the account and added the information. Post back if you have any other problems.
