I got a recent upgrade on my FULL FIBER, but the order was not closed properly, now I can subscribe to other HALO offers like gaming (1 yrs of Xbox Cloud Gaming). Could someone please help, in fixing my account. I already have a fault for a slow speed, but I dont think they will fix my account as part of this.
Currently, it mentions when I try to see HALO offers that "Hi Gaurav. You've ordered something from us, and we need to finish your order before you can see personalised TV or broadband deals. But you can still add mobile with us."
if you go to MYBT then you should be able to see the open order that is causing problems
you can also try contacting billing using message us https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
