Hi i recently changed to Sky but changed my mind as it was not very good. Reinstated My BT package and was told they would need to put it down as a move of address. I have an activation date of 6th July, i am losing business and meetings because of this. I have all the equipment why does it take so long?

That is not permitted on a BT Residential Account. You would not get any priority or compensation for lost business.
BT Business is a better option.
