Hello, we have moved and therefore have a new account. I can't seem to find how to add the new account / make a swap, so I'm I'm having difficulty paying. I can't download the app because I live abroad and you need to be in the UK to download it.
Any help appreciated

Sorry, I wasn't clear. We've moved and now have a new BT account. I would like to log in to my account online to pay the phone/broadband bill but when I log in I receive information for my old BT account which, for some reason, still hasn't been shut down.
How do I add my new BT account? Any help appreciated!

You should be able to add the new account by logging into My BT on the website, rather than the app.
Once you are logged in, follow the below steps;
- Click Your Details
- Go to Account, shown under Settings
- Scroll down to Multiple Accounts, then click Add an account
- Enter the account number you wish to link, then click Continue
