Adding account. No options to receive pin.

Have just registered with MyBT. Have tried to add account but after adding accoung number am asked to confirm identity via a PIN. "Confirm your identity For your security, we need to send you a PIN.Please choose how you'd like to receive the PIN." But there's no options to choose. And can't progress.

Are you able to try another browser and check you have pop up's enabled, does this help?
