Hello I have set up an account but it will not let me add my account it says I need a pin but gives me no options to click to move forward please help.
Hi @margaretjessop17 I'm really sorry about that. Are you following these steps?
Log in to My BT via a browser, either through a mobile or a desktop (this won't work through the app)
When logged in and on the homepage, click Your Details
Go to Account, shown under Settings
Scroll down to Multiple Accounts, then click Add an account
Enter the account number you wish to link, then click Continue.
Sometimes for a GB account number, the GB needs to be replaced with 02
Enter your BT phone number, a descriptive name and click Add account.

I have followed the instructions several times and still get the same screen every time there is no way to move forward from here
Please remove your account number from your screenshot, as this is a public forum.
