Have just registered with MyBT. Have tried to add account but after adding accoung number am asked to confirm identity via a PIN.
"Confirm your identity
For your security, we need to send you a PIN.Please choose how you'd like to receive the PIN."
But there's no options to choose. And can't progress.
Have deleted cookies, cleared cache and pop up blocker not enabled. Tried on different browsers and app. Tried mobile and laptop, still not working.
Any other suggestions please?
