I need the returns address for sending back kit - I can no longer log in to My BT account as it says I don't have any products any more. I asked for the returns kit to be sent to my forwarding address but this hasn't happened.
Does anyone know what address I can get send this to please? @RobbieMac ?
I have tried calling, but spent over half an hour without getting through to anyone.

I am sorry for the problems getting hold of a returns kit. We are extremely busy at present and it'll take us a few days to get round to picking up your case. In the meantime, you could try the helpdesk on 0300 1234 150 during quieter periods.
