I am working on a new development and it appears the new homes have been registered with plot numbers that are different than the actual registered addresses. New home buyers can't order services as their address will not show up on the database. Can you help me get this rectified?

You would need to take this up with Openreach.

BT Retail cannot help with this.
If the site is installing Openreach infrastructure, then the site will have an Openreach FBC ( Field Based Coordinator )
