Amazon £50 gift card not received yet after almost 2 months

Hi, I referred my friend and they activated the services on the 22.11.22 and i got the email confirming this and he paid the first bill beginning of Dec, how long do i have to wait for this gift-card

can i have an update on this matter please?

Hi @Tony_Serb I'm sorry, it should have arrived within 45 days of your friend's broadband being activated. I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with the moderation team with your details and we'll be happy to chase it up with the voucher team.

Hi @Tony_Serb, the refer a friend vouchers have been ordered now. They should be with you within 30 days if you've haven't received them already.
I'll go ahead and close the case I opened on your account but if you don't receive them within the 30 days please reply back and let me know and I'll be happy to chase them up for you.
