Hi, as per the subject, i am looking to remove old dormant accounts from my login so that i can quickly and easily use MYBT without the hassles of trying to keep changing my account in the dropdown.
thanks.

Hi @Nigel-74
Welcome and thanks for your post!
My colleagues in the helpdesk should be able to get this all sorted for you and get the older account removed. You can reach the guys on 0330 1234 150.
Feel free to post back and let me know how you get on chatting with them.
Thanks
Robbie
Can this not be done via pm as I’ve seen others do as it seems to be an endless wait on the call?
Currently on call with someone who says it can’t be done as the old accounts are no longer in the database anywhere, which i doubt otherwise they wouldn’t be showing up….😐
@RobbieMac the call centre operative is messing me about now. Is there anything that you can do to help me as I’m on home essentials due to disability and would prefer to not be sitting stuck on the phone
And now, weirdly enough, i am able to log into MYBT and access and change stuff that i needed to get done before…
old accounts still not removed but I’ll take it as a win that i can access the account i need to (for now)
Hi @Nigel-74, sorry that you were messed about when you called.
If the fault comes back, hopefully not, the quickest way to resolve it is to create a new BTID with another email address that has never been used for a BTID before.
Cheers
John
can you give me any information on how to report a complaint?
when i try to use the links at the page footer in regards to accessibility and disability, i keep getting redirected back to the original page, which kinda defeats the purpose.
Hi @Nigel-74, sorry that you're not getting directed to the correct page from the link. Is this when you are logged into your account?
Or when you are logged out and on the Accessibility | BT Plc page?
Cheers
John
I’m not 100% sure as I’m away from the screens for the day.
I’ll check again tomorrow and if I’ve any problems I’ll open a ticket then.
thank you.
